Join 2/14, live for the first time, with Cab Ellis, Joudy, and Weird America as the bands begin club shows in promotion of their upcoming album releases.
About 2/14
Native New Yorker, Sky Carlson (guitarist, vocalist) with Ben Bustamante (drums) and Dylan Taganas (bass) perform songs from their upcoming debut LP, “Adrienne’s Garden,” inspired by teenage angst and 1990’s pop punk – naturally.
Featuring Cab Ellis
For 3 weeks in August 2021, Cab Ellis holed up in farmhouse converted recording studio, Bear Creek Studio in Woodinville, WA, far from the noise and bustle of their lives in LA, to record second album, “The East Coast Hold On” (releasing April 2022). With Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina Spektor) producing, the band hammered away at 11 songs, experimenting with alternate guitar tunings, loops, and even layering more than 50 saxophones on one song to craft their own indie rock sound.
NYC-based Cab Ellis are Connor Abeles (vocals, piano, guitar), Matt Richards (sax, clarinet, flute), Jonny Sim (guitar), Nick Petrou (bass), and Chris Cotton (drums).

Featuring Joudy
Venezuelan experimental rockers, Joudy are influenced as much by British trip-hop as 90’s American grunge. Joudy’s dark tones, light melodies, and hypnotic rhythms invoke a new mystical lyricism backed by textural power chords. Joudy’s third album releases 2022.
NYC-based Joudy are Diego Ramirez (vocals, guitar), Gabriel Gavidia (bass), and Ulrich Navas (drums).

Caprio (guitar), Billy Vas Pappas (guitar, vocals), Peter Scarpitts (drums), and Bobby Joe Finnegan (bass), the band oozes passionate energy each and every live show. WA’s debut EP $5 Omelette dropped in 2019 with new music scheduled for release Spring 2022.
